Shae has been on her fitness journey for six years now. She struggled with an eating disorder that followed her into early adulthood. Fitness has been a huge outlet to better her physical and mental health.
Shae is a huge advocate of working out to be stronger and feel the best in her body. She believes dropping a size or two can you make you feel better about yourself but is a byproduct of moving your body and should not be the primary goal.

I started my journey towards better health later in life. I focused on work and paid little attention to the warning signs until I had a major injury which left me in quite a predicament. After my rehabilitation, I fell in love with self-improvement and wanted to teach that feeling to others. If someone asked me what makes me good at my job I would say it's my desire to solve problems.

Laura has been in the industry for as a personal trainer 15 years. She is a mom of 2 children, and she stays active because it makes her feel good, and when she feels good, it makes her better in everyday life.
Laura is a retired competitive bodybuilder with many competitions under her belt including a 1st place prize. She enjoys training everyone from all ages and every level of dedication.

Kateryna became acquainted with Yoga at 11 on a summer retreat. At the time she was a professional gymnast and was surprised by the gentle approach of Yoga. As time progressed she began to practice Yoga regularly, discovering multiple styles and meeting some amazing Yogis. She was led to complete a 250-hour training course to become a Certified Professional Yoga Teacher.
Through her practice, her students have observed pain reduction in previous injuries, overall mood elevation and increased mobility that has helped them move easily in their day-to-day activities.
