LivFit Offers Packages made up into 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week with a coach at an 8-week minimum commitment.
Your coach would access and build your program around your goals. Hold you accountable to 1-4x per week in the gym and help drive you towards achieving results.
You'll also get access to our Coaching App whenever you're working with a coach. This will act as your diary and have all your workouts, exercise video library, results, metrics, and instant chat messaging all shared with your coach.
And yes, we understand the importance of rest, relaxation, family time, and all the other norms of life. We, coaches, are but humans who enjoy the norms of life too!
Accountability Package is 1x weekly with a trainer and 2-3 days of self-directed workouts. This package is strictly for accountability or 'phasing out' with a trainer. Most people will find more success working with a trainer 2-3x per week, then switch to this package when they've mastered their body movements, created long-lasting habits, and want some guidance. Working with a personal trainer is excellent. However, 1 hour per week out of 168 is a little bit of time, and depending where you're at with your lifestyle behaviours depends on your results. This package is all about the program and ensuring you stay accountable for your progression.
Learning Package is 2x weekly with a trainer and 1-3 days of self-directed workouts. This package is based on giving our trainers the time needed to teach you more about yourself, the gym, and lifestyle behaviours. Again 2 hours out of 168 is a little bit of time, but an extra hour to talk about your training and your lifestyle habits goes a long way. It's a fantastic starting point for someone who's dabbled in the gym atmosphere for quite some time but wants to learn more about their body, nutrition, lifestyle factors, and of course, having a laid-out program. At this point, we know you're getting a good workout for 2 of the 3-4 days and that you're confident in completing your self-directed workouts.
Commitment Package is 3x weekly with a trainer and 1-2 days of self-directed workouts. This is our most worthy package for anyone new or wanting to take their commitment level seriously. Now 3 hours out of 168 still seems like little, but we can tell you the people who start with this package grow more confident in the gym, learn that movement is medicine, and truly take ownership of their lifestyle habits. It gives the trainer much more time to dive into what motivates you and what style of nutrition training you need and lock in some solid movement patterns that will make you more aware of proper movement inside and outside the gym. We can guarantee you'll love this package.
Longevity Package - 4x per week with a trainer and one self-directed day if needed. This package is for people who are taking the chronological time clock seriously. The point of this package is for anyone who's never stepped foot into a gym or anyone who wants to be watched over closely for constant reminders. You master your movement patterns, lifestyle factors, and nutrition accountability. This package is not sold for long-term purposes but to get someone set up correctly. Many people start with this package for their first month, then switch to a commitment or learning package. This is the only package that we also add in one nutrition coaching session per month at no extra cost.
