LivFit Offers Packages made up into 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week with 8 week minimum commitments. LivFit keeps their clients accountable with 1-4 sessions with a trainer, and you use their Coaching App on the days you aren't working out with the trainer. They also help with nutrition coaching that doesn't focus on diets with names or restrictive meal plans. They understand the importance of rest, relaxation, family time, and all the other norms of life. You have the ability to pay in full, pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The best of all - they help you build a regime that works for you and your lifestyle.
Accountability Package - 1x per week with a trainer and 2-3 days of programmed workouts. This package is strictly for accountability purposes, or what we call 'phasing out' with a trainer. Most people will find more success in the gym with 2-3x per week then switch to this package when they've mastered their own body movements, created long lasting habits, and just want a bit of guidance here and there. Working with a personal trainer is great, however 1 hour per week out of 168 is not a lot of time and depending where you're at with your lifestyle behaviors is dependent on your results. With this package it's all about the program and making sure you're staying accountable to your progression.
Learning Package - 2x per week with a trainer and 1-3 days of personal workouts. This package is based on giving our trainers the time needed to teach you more about yourself, the gym, and lifestyle behaviors. Again 2 hours out of 168 is not a lot of time, but an extra hour to talk about your life factors, your training, and your habits goes a long way during a session. It's a fantastic starting point for someone who's dabbled in the gym atmosphere for quite some time, but wants to learn more about their body, their nutrition, their lifestyle factors, and of course having a laid out program. At this point we know you're getting a good workout for 2 of the 3-4 days, and that you're confident, and successful in completing the other workouts yourself.
Commitment Package - 3x per week with a trainer and 1-2 days of personal workouts. This is our most worthy package for anyone new, or anyone who truly wants to take their commitment level seriously. Now 3 hours out of 168 still doesn't seem like much but we can tell you this; the people who start with this package grow more confident in the gym, learn that movement is medicine, and truly take ownership of their lifestyle habits. It gives the trainer much more time to dive into what motivates you, what style of nutrition training you need, and solidify movement patterns that neurologically make your subconscious more aware of proper movement inside and outside the gym. We can guarantee you'll love this package.
Longevity Package - 4x per week with a trainer and 1 day by yourself if you need it. This package is for people who are taking the chronological time clock seriously. The point of this package is for anyone who's never stepped foot into a gym ever in their life or someone who's had a serious injury and needs to be watched over closely for constant reminders. You master your movement patterns, lifestyle factors, and nutrition accountability. This package is not sold for long term purposes, but to truly get someone set up correctly. We want to see people working out by themselves and not with a PT forever. Many people get started with this package for their first month, and then switch to a commitment, or learning package.
