This class will have a mix of functional cardio, weightlifting, and machines.
This class will leave you feeling like you got a great workout but with enough energy to finish off your day.

These classes are for moms and dads who are within their first 12 months of parenting.
The programming is designed to take the recovering body through light, flexible, and fun workouts.
Each class will run for 1 hour and consist of a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
Hold yourself accountable to recovery by joining in this stretch to win class.
In this clas,s you'll be doing a full-body stretching routine that takes 30 minutes.
This class is designed for anyone and all levels of athleticism and is coached by a Fascial Mobility Trainer.
You can expect to do a combination of stretching, trigger points, and foam rolling.

These classes are designed for the chronologically enriched. In layman's terms; people who are 55+.

This will be a low-impact class working on stability, strength, and the cardiovascular system.

This class involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on the quality of movement, mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.
Each class will run for 1 hour and consist of a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
Keep your mind at ease knowing all you need to do is show up and work hard.
Coming April
Looking to gain some strength and work on your conditioning?
In this class, Devin will safely progress, or build upon your existing squat, bench, or deadlift.
Each class will run for 1 hour and consist of a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
You can expect to have 1 major movement each class followed by accessory movements, and finish off with conditioning then into a cool down.
Group Fitness Classes are ran out of Atwood Elma Memorial Community Centre.
Designed for any fitness level, and any age. Each class consists of light dumbbell work, bodyweight exercises, and bands for resistance. You'll find all ages from 16-75 and 99% of the time all females with the odd husband dragged in.
We love meeting people, so feel free to visit during operating hours.
